Looking for a sweet treat? This flapjack is incredibly quick and easy to make, and is delicious as an afternoon snack with a cup of tea.

Vegan Chocolate Chip Flapjack Recipe: Veggie Magazine

Ingredients:

500ml Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink
200g quick-cook oats
60g brown sugar
60g dark chocolate chips
4tbs natural peanut butter
A few drops vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Mix the Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink, oats, brown sugar, chocolate chips, peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
  • Line a baking dish with baking parchment. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
  • Leave the flapjack to cool before slicing. Serve at room temperature.
