Ingredients:75g low-fat soft cheese
75g Pilgrims Choice Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese, finely grated
1/3 of a spring onion, very finely chopped
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp sesame seeds, lightly toasted
- Put the soft cheese into a large mixing bowl and mash it with a fork or wooden spoon to soften it. Add the grated Cheddar and spring onion, working it in until thoroughly mixed. Season with a little ground pepper.
- Roll the cheese mixture into about 10 small balls. Roll some into the paprika, some into the chopped chives and some into the sesame seeds. Chill until ready to serve.
