Easy Egg Mayo and Marmite with Cress

Ingredients:one hardboiled egg
- Take one hardboiled egg and mash with a dessertspoon of Hellmann’s mayonnaise. Split a wholemeal roll, spread a thin layer of marmite onto each half, cover with a few lettuce leaves and top with the egg mayo. Sprinkle with cress and eat as an open sandwich, or press the roll back together for a more portable option.
