Ingredients:3 Mission Deli Multigrain Wraps
150g red cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, coarsely grated
a large handful of curly parsley, roughly chopped
1 Pink Lady or Cox apple, cored, quartered and sliced
1 celery stick, finely sliced
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
1 tbsp each sunflower seeds and toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp raisins (preferably green raisins)
[hd]For the dressing[/hd]
1 tsp grated root ginger
1 tbsp clear honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sunflower oil
- Prepare all the ingredients apart from the dressing and mix them together in a bowl.
- Put all the dressing ingredients into a bowl and season and whisk until slightly thickened. Pour over the salad and toss.
- To finish, put the filling in the wraps, fold up tightly and enjoy your healthy, nutrient-packed snack!
