Cream Cheese and Radish Toast Recipe: Veggie Magazine

Ingredients:

4 slices sourdough bread
80g cream cheese
120g radishes, sliced
handful of cress
zest of ½ lemon
1 tbsp olive oil

method:

  • Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
  • Spread over a layer of cream cheese and top with a handful of radish slices, a sprinkle of cress and a grating of fresh lemon zest.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil to serve.
