Ingredients:20 fresh raspberries
40ml Belvoir Elderflower Cordial
100ml lychee Juice
20ml lemon Juice
1 bottle Champagne
4 slices of lemon
- Crush 16 of the raspberries in a shaker (reserving four for garnish) and add the gin, lychee juice and lemon juice.
- Shake well and strain into four Champagne flutes and top up with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh raspberries.
