Cacao Layered Overnight Oats

Cacao Layered Overnight Oats Recipe: Veggie

Ingredients:

1 red apple, grated

30g rolled oats

1 heaped tsp of unsweetened cacao powder

100ml Rice Dream Vanilla

5 raspberries (frozen or fresh is fine)

1 small banana

30g blueberries

6-8 unsalted whole almonds

method:

  • Put the grated apple, oats and cacao powder into an empty jar (a jam jar or anything of this size will suffice) and add the Rice Dream Vanilla. Mix together well, ensuring there are no lumps.
  • Put half the mixture into the jar, add the raspberries and spoon in the other half of the mixture. Cover, refrigerate and leave overnight.
  • Serve with banana, blueberries and almonds.
