Indulge this festive season with the perfect vegan after-dinner treat from Baileys!

Almande Apricot Flip Recipe: Veggie Magazine

Ingredients:

For the Almande Apricot Flip:

50ml Baileys Almande [0.8 units]
50ml apricot & cardamom syrup
10ml agave syrup
50ml coconut milk

For the Apricot & Cardamom Syrup:
100g apricot jam
50ml hot water
2 cardamom pods

method:

  • In the glass, add both syrups and fill with ice.
  • Pour over the Baileys Almande and coconut milk.
  • Stir until blended together and top with ice.
  • Grate nutmeg over the top
