Cold-Brewed Hibiscus and Mint
We turn to Good & Proper Tea co. to help us create the perfect cold brew tea in the comfort of your home.
Ingredients:6g Good & Proper Hibiscus 1l filtered water a sprig of mint plenty of ice
- Add the tea to the water in a resealable bottle and give it a gentle shake to make sure all of the tea is immersed.
- Put it in the fridge for 8-12 hours - test for strength according to your preference. The longer the brew, the more full bodied the infusion. General rule of thumb: Use 6g of any Good & Proper loose-leaf tea per litre of filtered water.
- Strain the tealeaves and serve over ice.
